Logistics Specialist (International Supply Chain Exp. Req.) Description

Our client, an industrial equipment manufacturer, is looking for a Logistics Specialist to help keep international shipments moving and materials arriving on time as the business continues to grow. They've consistently achieved double-digit growth over the past few years and tripled manufacturing output over the last year. As a result, they're restructuring their logistics function and looking for someone who can help strengthen the process and take ownership of incoming shipments.

Whether you've overseen international shipments independently or supported the process as part of a larger team and are ready for more responsibility, this is an opportunity to step into a growing function and make an impact. You'll work closely with overseas suppliers, customs brokers, freight carriers, and internal teams to keep shipments on track, stay ahead of potential issues, and ensure the right documentation is in place. They're looking for someone who takes initiative, follows through, and communicates proactively. As the company continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on broader responsibilities across logistics, with the potential to help build out the function and lead a team in the future.
