Aftermarket Customer Support Specialist Description
Our client, a division of a well-established global industrial manufacturer, is looking for a Support Specialist to join their team in Lincoln Park, New Jersey. In this role, you'll support customers with product needs, primarily related to service and parts. Most inquiries come through email, so this isn't a phone-heavy support role, and you'll have plenty of time to research requests, prepare quotes, and make sure customers get the right information. The company is a well-respected manufacturer with a loyal customer base, creating a relationship-driven environment with the stability that comes from those long-standing customer relationships. The US team is small and close-knit, so you'll work closely with everyone and have plenty of variety in your day. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys being part of a team where people genuinely help each other out. If you're looking to step away from a large corporate environment and join a company where your contributions are visible, teamwork is valued, work-life balance still exists, and yes, you can wear jeans to work, this could be a great match.
